There are many different aspects which need to be taken into account when pricing any video work. All of which will have a bearing on the final cost. To mention just a few, we need to consider:
- Location - does the camera crew need to travel far? Do we need to go to multiple locations?
- Length - how long does the presentation need to be?
- Script - do we need to involve a copywriter?
- Style - does the presentation involve people? Do we need actors or a presenter?
- Audio- does the presentation require a professional voiceover artist or soundtrack?
- Animation - do we need to commission 3D modeling or specialist animation skills?
